Laowai

Well we are back from our Oregon camper van vacation and I think it was a great success. The thing about camping is that you are close to your fellow campers all the time and I think the kids loved that. They also loved sleeping in the pop up bunk of the camper van, running on the beach and eating s’mores every night. I loved it too. Oregon is beautiful and its state camp grounds were very friendly. Sleeping in the fresh air felt so good. The girl were so happy while they explored the beach and the woods and the ocean. We only had a few toys along and I was amazed at how they played together so well – using those few toys along with sticks and stones and mud and whatever else they could find. Brian got to go for some nice hilly picturesque bike rides so he was smiling too.
