We really did drag Bea’s birthday out until the end of the month. A few days after we opened presents Claire reminded me that I had bought Bea a game (bananagrams) and had forgotten to give it to her. Oh gosh – we are all showing signs of our age.
We didn’t have a big friends party this year but Bea has looked forward to making a Homer Simpson cake for a long time. We also took a family trip to an indoor water park that was super fun. There was a really fun water slide, a wave pool and even a warm outdoor pool which was cool because it was snowing.
