Brian sent me photos at intervals today – it was to reassure me that he was safe and hadn’t fallen off the side of a mountain. I’m only half joking.

Today was his birthday and he got to take himself on a much deserved bike ride. He went far and he went high! I think about him while he’e out there on his bike. I’m happy that he’s getting to do what he loves but I do worry.
