I'm super pleased with my latest completed project. I picked up this broken bench on the side of the road last fall. The plastic straps that formed the seat part were broken. So I ordered some black macrame cord and re-wove the seats. I've remade lawn chairs with this same technique in the past – it's pretty easy. The cord cost about $65. That's pretty cheap for a comfy bench that I will enjoy all summer.

Also, look at the Amaryllis that mom gave me for Christmas. It's already made a bunch of blooms and it's still going strong.
